About Me

I come from an active family and have always had a strong passion for sport and performance. 

I currently train in sprinting and have previously competed, played football for many years, and completed a half marathon in support of the Thames Valley Air Ambulance. 

I also enjoy going to the gym and staying active - giving me firsthand experience of the physical demands of training, recovery, and maintaining performance.

This background helps me relate and understand clients’ goals and tailor treatments that support both performance and everyday well-being.
